Our History
TMD Insurance Adjusters was established in 2003 and was predicated on our Mission Statement “Adopting the pioneer spirit of hard work, honesty and integrity to better serve the needs of insurers and their customers”.
We currently operate out of two provinces in Canada being Alberta and Saskatchewan. Our head office is in Medicine Hat with other offices in Lethbridge, Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer Alberta and Swift Current / Shaunavon Saskatchewan.
Our current adjusting team boasts a combined 150+ years of technical and innovative experience. It is our goal to continue to work hard to fulfil our Mission Statement, always better serving the needs of insurers and their valued clients.
Who We Are
TMD Adjusters is a multi-line independent adjusting and appraisal firm handling claims ranging from personal lines to Commercial lines. We also provide control adjusting for insurance programs and we offer TP management of catastrophic events. We also have extensive background and experience in catastrophe situations throughout North America as well as the Caribbean and Puerto Rican Islands.
Our services range from task assignments to full assignments, providing same day service and on-site reporting in real time when required. For contact we provide 24/7 after-hours service with live representatives to field calls and initiate contact with the appropriate adjuster and will maintain all communications until the adjuster has received the call and assumed discussions with yourselves or your client, thus negating any automated voice-system or call back messages.
