Kate Esmond

Kate was born in Red Deer, AB and has 23 years of experience in Emergency Services, including valuable time spent as a 911 Dispatcher and as an EMT-A Primary Care Paramedic, as well as time spent as a Volunteer Firefighter.

Moving on from her time with emergency services, Kate entered the construction industry and worked there for 3 years as a Project Estimator and Coordinator for an exterior renovation company, which is where she first became interested in pursuing a career in adjusting. In line with her interest, Kate has acquired her adjuster’s license and is currently on the path of obtaining her CIP designation to help expand her knowledge of the industry.

Always looking forward, Kate continues to strive to improve herself and plans to specialize in bodily injury, liability, and property insurance one day.

The variety of every claim keeps Kate’s passion for the industry alive, and she feels fulfilled in being able to continue to help support individuals and families through difficult times.

Kate’s family and friends are very important to her.  She has three children and five grandchildren. Some of her interests include any and all water based activities, travelling, and sports such as golf, snowmobiling, and hockey.
