Randy Heidinger, HCRI

Randy was born and raised in the city of Medicine Hat and graduated from CHHS.  From there, he relocated to Calgary and Canmore working with Safeway Canada as a Store Manager for 20+ years.  Randy then returned to Medicine Hat where he was an owner/operator of his own retail store for 3 years.  Randy than decided to get into the construction business where he was a project manager with a local construction company.  

The insurance business started in 2014 for Randy, with TMD Insurance Adjusters.  He quickly excelled as an independent adjuster handling not only day to day property claims, but large catastrophe storm claims in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He has progressed to working large losses and CAT claims in Fort McMurray in 2016, Hurricane Harvey in Texas in 2017, Hurricane Irma in Florida in 2017, Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico in 2018, and most recently at Hurricane Michael in Florida (October 2018).  Randy continues to pursuit his CIP in the industry along with numerous other insurance related courses.

Randy enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys meeting and working with people, he is truly customer service oriented.
